Disbanding of Residents Association

At the recent AGM the Four Oaks Estate Residents Association was disbanded. The Minutes of the meeting are available in the Residents’ Area. The Association has been disbanded as the committee members of the Association and the Directors of Four Oaks Estate Ltd were ‘one and the same thing’ and running two entities side-by-side was something of an anachronism that had grown up over time. This move will streamline the Estate’s affairs and make administration more straightforward.

The shares of Four Oaks Estate Ltd are held by four trustees on trust and for the benefit of all residents through The Four Oaks Estate Residents Trust. This trust was created at the AGM as part of this process.
