Further to postings on 17th September and 17th October the Residents Association Committee are delighted to announce that there has been sufficient response to the ‘circular’ letter sent out recently to proceed with a weekly year-round Green Waste Collection Service as an alternative to the council provided service which will shortly be suspended for the winter period. When the council provided service resumes in spring it will be with wheelie bins rather than bags and will no longer be free of charge.
The new service will commence on Monday 2nd December and will be operated by Edges & Hedges, the Estate’s grounds maintenance contractors. Residents interested in registering for the new service should telephone Edges & Hedges at 0121-308-0107.
