Drains Clearance

The drain gullies across the Estate have all just been mechanically cleared out (in total there are over 180!). This operation takes around three days and will be carried out every six months. This is an important element of overall Estate maintenance because the sheer number of trees across the Estate means that their debris can easily clog the drain gullies if they are not regularly cleared out.
