From 2016 the board of directors intends to issue a quarterly e.mail newsletter. This was announced in the letter that accompanied the annual road frontage charge demand. Residents should notify the Secretary if they wish to receive this newsletter and provide a current e.mail address. The newsletters will also be uploaded to fouroaksestate.wpengine.com.

Read moreThe road frontage charge rate for year 2015/16 (1st October 2015 to 30th September 2016) has been set at £16.70 per yard frontage. Demands were issued on 28th September and in the usual way there is a 5% discount for settlement by 31st October.
